MW3 Killstreaks and Perks

In Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, or MW3, Infinity ward have stated that they have redone the whole killstreak reward system as well as perks. While Treyarch had slightly improved the system, it was not enough for players to feel it was perfect, they stated. IW has also revealed they have removed certain perks that annoyed a vast majority of players so that CoD fans now can rely less on using n00b perks and more on skill.
The process they are taking to do this include removing certain perks that give a player a power advantage over others, e.g. Stopping Power. Quick Scoping has also returned. My feelings go both directions with this. As a CoD sniper myself I felt quick scoping in Black Ops required more skill and practice where as in Modern Warfare 2 it was based on new players to the game. So personally, I would prefer the Treyarch approach, especially with the update from June, 2011.

Please leave a comment as to what you think about the new killstreak and perk system. As well as quick scoping in MW3. Should it be more like CoD: Black Ops or CoD: MW2?
